At the Atelier we look at the hair in daylight, talk about the result you are looking for, and only then decide how to work — from matching the strands to the finishing ritual.

Hair matching.

We read colour in daylight and match structure and length to your own hair. If you cannot come in person, we will match the hair remotely — photographs of your hair in daylight are enough.

Please do not share information about your health or the reasons behind changes to your hair. A description of what you are looking for is enough.

We process the data from this form to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer, a consultation or a training booking — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the required data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. Please do not include information about your health — we do not need it to match hair or run a consultation.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if no contract follows, for no longer than 12 months after our last contact. Attached files (photos, specifications) are deleted after 90 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). More: privacy policy.
