We put together quantities of virgin hair bundles for studios, salons and distributors. Wholesale runs on enquiries: there is no cart and no shop prices here — we prepare a quote for a specific order.

Who we work with in wholesale

The size of the order decides the path, not the profession. Single bundles are sold in the shop; larger quantities are arranged here. Wholesale is for businesses, including those just starting out: opening a salon, starting with extensions or planning production at a larger scale. We also work with companies outside Poland, and you do not need a tax ID to send an enquiry.

    Quantities gathered for a single project: matching length, texture and colour.

  • Topper and hair-system studios

    Smaller amounts of repeatable material for successive orders.

  • Salons and stylists

    Stock for a season or for one client, with parameters agreed in advance.

Bundles and what they are used for

Wholesale means virgin hair bundles only. Below is what our clients most often use them for in their own work.

  • Bundles

    Material described by length, weight, texture and colour — bundle by bundle.

  • Extensions and volume

    Bundles are made into strands for the method you work with: tape-in, biotape, keratin, nano, weft or genius weft.

  • Toppers and hair systems

    Studios match the amount to the area and density of a given project.

  • Wigs

    Wig studios order larger quantities of similar length, texture and colour.

Before you order

What the description of a batch contains

Before a batch goes into a quote, we describe it by parameters and show it in photographs. You know what you are buying before you pay.

  • Parameters

    Length, weight, texture and colour, given separately for each bundle.

  • Photographs of that batch

    Pictures of the material actually held in our stock, not catalogue shots.

  • Availability confirmed

    We check how much of a batch is unreserved and only then prepare the offer.

  • Closest match

    When the exact parameters are unavailable, we propose the nearest ones and say how they differ.

How it works

Four steps from enquiry to delivery

Wholesale runs as a conversation, not an order off the shelf.

  1. Enquiry

    You fill in the form. The more parameters you give, the shorter the conversation.

  2. Availability confirmed

    We check your enquiry against our stock and, within 1 working day, reply with what is unreserved.

  3. Offer

    You receive a quote for a specific batch: quantity, parameters, price and lead time.

  4. Payment and delivery

    Once accepted, we issue the invoice and agree how the batch is shipped.

Tell us the parameters you are looking for. You can attach a photograph or a specification.

Up to 3 files, each up to 10 MB. Formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF.

We process the data from this form to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer, a consultation or a training booking — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the required data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. Please do not include information about your health — we do not need it to match hair or run a consultation.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if no contract follows, for no longer than 12 months after our last contact. Attached files (photos, specifications) are deleted after 90 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). More: privacy policy.
